Custom Design
You bring the brief, and we handle everything else. From the first conversation through CAD modelling, stone selection, and production, you're involved at every stage, and nothing moves forward without your sign-off.

Heirloom Redesign
Some pieces have a history worth keeping and settings that no longer do them justice. We regularly work with existing stones and metals, resetting, redesigning, or reimagining entirely. The stone stays, and the piece becomes something you'll actually wear.
What we can do:
- Reset an existing stone into a new setting
- Redesign a full piece using original materials
- Incorporate metals from multiple pieces into one
- Repurpose stones from unworn jewelry into something new
Repair and Restoration
Pieces we love get worn. We take care of what happens after. Our jewelry repair services in Vancouver cover:
- Ring resizing
- Prong re-tipping and replacement
- Stone tightening and resetting
- Chain and clasp repair
- Rhodium plating
- Polishing and professional cleaning
- Soldering and laser welding
Bring it in, and we'll assess it. Most repairs are straightforward. When they're not, we'll tell you exactly what's involved before we touch anything.
Insurance Appraisals
Once your ring is ready, it may be worth insuring it. Most clients add it to their home insurance policy or use a jewelry-specific insurer. If your insurance company requires a formal third-party appraisal, we can facilitate that for you.
The fee is $100 plus tax, and the process takes approximately one week. Note that turnaround times can run longer during busier periods (June-August and November-January).
Complementary Annual Care
The first year of service is on us.
Bring your piece back within the first year and we'll do a full clean, polish, stone tightening, and resize if needed at no charge. It's our way of making sure what we made holds up the way it should.
After that, we recommend coming in once a year. A prong check and professional clean takes less than an hour. Catching a loose stone early costs nothing. Losing one doesn't. We're happy to take a look at pieces made elsewhere too. If something doesn't feel right- a stone that moves, a prong that catches; don't wait for the annual. Bring it in.
