Most rings can be resized. Some designs with full eternity bands or complex settings have limitations. We'll flag anything relevant before production begins.

Your piece arrives in Atelier packaging with a polishing cloth, a ring box, a care card, and any relevant stone documentation, such as a GIA or IGI certificate where applicable.

Changes are possible up to the point that production begins. Once we've started making the piece, changes may affect the timeline or cost. Reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best.

Custom pieces ship within two business days of completion. Delivery within Canada and the United States typically takes 1 to 2 business days to major urban centres. Please note that customs delays are outside our control and may add time to US orders.

Complimentary insured shipping on all orders over $1,000 CAD. For orders under $1,000, a flat fee of $25 applies. All orders are shipped with insurance. We'll confirm the options available to you at checkout.

Cleaning, polishing, prong re-tipping, stone tightening, resizing, and general inspections. We recommend bringing your piece in once a year.

The first year of service is on us. Bring your piece back within the first year of purchase and we'll do a full clean, polish, stone tightening, and resize if needed at no charge.

For engagement rings, we can facilitate a third-party appraisal for insurance purposes. The fee is $100 plus tax and the process takes approximately one week. Note that turnaround times can run longer during busier periods (November-January and June-August).

Every piece comes with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, and loss are not covered. Annual check-ups help us catch anything early.

Custom pieces are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return. If something isn't right due to a production issue, we will make it right. Reach out within 14 days of receiving your piece.

We accept all major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, and bank wire for larger orders. A 50% deposit is required to begin the custom design process. The remaining balance is due at pickup or before shipping.
