Shipping

Complimentary insured shipping on orders over CAD $1,000. For orders under $1,000, a flat fee of $25 applies.
Custom pieces ship within two business days of completion. Delivery within Canada and the United States typically takes 1 to 2 business days to major urban centres. Please note that customs delays are outside our control and may add time to US orders.
Pick up is available in Vancouver.

Returns

Ready-made pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition. Custom pieces are final sale.

Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects- unintentional issues that result from an error during production. If a workmanship-related issue is confirmed, we will repair it at no charge.
This warranty does not cover loss of stones, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Sizing

We can size you properly before anything goes into production. If you need a resize within the first year, it's on us. Ready-to-ship pieces can be resized too. See our ring sizing guide.
Daily Habits

Take it off before the gym, swimming, and heavy physical activity. Keep it away from harsh chemicals: cleaning products, chlorine, and perfumes sprayed directly onto the ring. Put it on last when getting ready, take it off first.

Cleaning at Home

Warm water, a drop of dish soap, and a soft toothbrush work well for most pieces. Dry with a lint-free cloth or let it air dry. Avoid paper towels, which can scratch. Ultrasonic cleaners work for some settings and not others. Read our jewelry care guide.

Complementary Annual Care

The first year of service is on us.

Bring your piece back within the first year and we'll do a full clean, polish, stone tightening, and resize if needed at no charge. It's our way of making sure what we made holds up the way it should.

After that, we recommend coming in once a year. A prong check and professional clean takes less than an hour.
