Ready-to-ship pieces ship within two business days of your order. Delivery to most urban centres in Canada and the United States takes one to two business days from the time it ships. Every order ships fully insured with signature required on delivery. If you are local to Vancouver, pickup by appointment at our studio is the fastest option.

Most ready-to-ship bands can be resized. Designs with full eternity settings or continuous stone work around the entire band have limitations and cannot be resized. The first resize within the first year of purchase is included at no charge. If you are not sure of your size, our ring sizing guide covers how to measure at home, or come in and we will size you properly before anything ships.

The way a wedding band sits alongside an engagement ring depends on the height of the setting and the profile of the shank. If you are not sure whether a ready-to-ship band will work with your specific ring, bring the engagement ring in. We can show you how different bands read against it before you commit to anything. Virtual consultations are also available if you are not local.

Yes. Browse both the women's and men's sections for coordinating styles. If you want bands designed to specifically match or complement each other, it starts with a consultation. Custom bands take four to eight weeks from design approval, so starting that conversation early is the right move if the wedding date is set.

Yes. Inside band engraving is available on most ready-to-ship pieces. Adding engraving will extend the ship date slightly. Let us know at the time of purchase and we will confirm what is possible and how it affects your timeline.
