Ready-to-ship pieces ship within two business days of your order. Delivery to most urban centres in Canada and the United States takes one to two business days from the time it ships. Every order ships fully insured with signature required on delivery. If you are local to Vancouver, pickup by appointment at our studio is also available and the fastest option.

Most ready-to-ship rings can be resized. Some designs with full eternity bands or complex settings have limitations, and we will flag anything relevant before your order ships. If you are not sure of the size, our ring sizing guide covers how to measure at home. The first resize within the first year of purchase is included at no charge.

A ready-to-ship ring is a finished piece available now, typically in a standard size that can be resized to fit. A custom ring is designed around your brief from the first conversation: your stone, your setting, your proportions. Custom pieces take four to eight weeks from design approval. If you are working toward a specific date and the timeline is tight, ready-to-ship is the faster path. If you want something made specifically for you, the custom process starts with a consultation and costs nothing to begin.

Yes. Inside band engraving is available on most ready-to-ship pieces. Adding engraving will extend the ship date slightly. Let us know at the time of purchase and we will confirm what is possible and how it affects the timeline.
